Hi there, My name is Arty and welcome to my fitness and health blog. Thank you for stopping by. This is the about me page-so here we go- I have been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade now. I want to share with you a little bit of my background and explain what inspire me to write these articles. I taught thousands of people in both fitness and martial arts, since 2005. I received a 5th Degrees Black Belt in Karate and TaeKwonDo. At first, my interest in fitness was through martial arts. Because of all the flashy moves that I seen in the movies. I wanted to learn it! But as I teaches more and more my knowledge expanded passed just martial arts. I was noticing the health benefits in exercise and how it transformed people life to be more healthier, stronger and over all happier. I was hooked into helping people- changed their lives! So I end up teaching martial arts and fitness for about 15 years. But a few years ago my son was born- I have to change career to adjust with family life at home. Even though I kept up with my own workout routines. I have to get out of teaching fitness and martial arts and went into digital graphic marketing. I know the benefits of fitness and how important it is for us as human. With years of experience and insights that I have gained over the years. My goal is to shares all of that with you! I hope you find inspirations and values through these articles. I will have a YouTube Channel up soon to show you different exercises and workout that I have done. Some tips and tricks to help you stay motivated.. after all it’s not always about the physical – there’s also the mental stuff that go along with fitness as well.
